使用「公車雷達」即表示你同意以下條款。

• 服務性質:本 App 免費提供,用於查詢台灣公車到站與相關資訊。
• 資料僅供參考:到站時間、搭乘時間、頭末班與班距、YouBike 可借/可還車輛數等為即時或推估資訊,擁擠度為使用者回報,皆不保證即時、正確或完整,實際請以現場與官方公告為準;請勿僅依賴本 App 而錯過或誤搭班次。
• 使用者回報:擁擠度等回報由使用者提供,請勿提交不實、惡意或違法內容。
• 免責:本 App 依「現狀」提供,對於因使用本 App(含資料誤差、延遲或服務中斷)所生之任何損失,於法律允許範圍內不負責任。
• 變更:我們可能隨時新增、修改或停止部分功能,並可能更新本條款。

公車、站牌、公共自行車(YouBike 微笑單車)與捷運資料來自 TDX 運輸資料流通服務,天氣資料來自中央氣象署(CWA),相關商標與資料權利歸各自所有。

By using BusRadar, you agree to the following terms.

• The service: BusRadar is a free app for checking Taiwan bus arrivals and related information.
• Information is for reference only: arrival times, ride times, first/last bus and headway, and YouBike availability are real-time or estimated, and crowding is user-reported; none of it is guaranteed to be timely, accurate, or complete. Always rely on on-site information and official notices, and do not depend solely on this app.
• User reports: crowding and similar reports are user-submitted; do not submit false, malicious, or unlawful content.
• Disclaimer: the app is provided "as is"; to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from its use (including data errors, delays, or service interruptions).
• Changes: we may add, change, or discontinue features and may update these terms at any time.

Bus, stop, public bike (YouBike), and metro data come from TDX; weather data comes from the Central Weather Administration (CWA). All related trademarks and data rights belong to their respective owners.
