Q:查不到某條公車或到站時間不準?
到站與班次資料來自 TDX 官方即時來源,個別路線或站點偶有延遲或缺漏;實際請以現場站牌與官方公告為準。
Q:「附近站牌」打不開或列不出站牌?
請確認已允許定位權限(iPhone 設定 → 公車雷達 → 位置 → 使用 App 期間),並在收訊良好處重試。
Q:收不到「公車最新消息」推播?
請確認已允許通知(設定 → 公車雷達 → 通知),並在 App 內選好要接收消息的城市。
Q:YouBike 可借/可還數量準嗎?
為即時或推估資訊,僅供參考,實際以現場為準。

Q: A route is missing or arrival times seem off?
Arrival and schedule data come from Taiwan's official TDX real-time feeds; some routes or stops may occasionally be delayed or incomplete. Always rely on on-site signage and official notices.
Q: "Nearby stops" won't open or lists nothing?
Make sure location is allowed (iOS Settings → BusRadar → Location → While Using the App) and try again where signal is good.
Q: Not receiving "Bus news" notifications?
Make sure notifications are allowed (Settings → BusRadar → Notifications) and pick a city for news inside the app.
Q: Are YouBike availability numbers accurate?
They are real-time or estimated and for reference only — please rely on on-site information.
